Just another summer day for @Rihanna. She was out in NYC looking at tattoo parlors and she wore a casual black short-sleeved, knee-high slit, maxi dress from ALC with a fresh pair of Vans then accessorized it with her denim Prada satchel. I can dig it. Oh, and let’s not forget about her “Little Mermaid” hair.
